Two ways congregations use Cordial

Every week: the free tools

No charge, no ads, no limits on members

  • Potluck sign-up sheets and meal trains the whole congregation uses from a share link, no accounts.
  • Revival meeting itineraries: host meals, counseling visits, young people's days, and lodging on one published calendar.
  • Past events and recipes stay on file for next time.

When it's your turn: hosting

Paid upgrades sized to the meeting

Jump straight to your meeting

Every congregation and every kind of meeting has its own page — start with the one that fits what you are organizing.

Everything reads from one roster

Most meeting problems are copying problems: the lodging chart disagrees with the registration list, the kitchen cooks for a guess, the name tags miss whoever registered last.

In Cordial there is one list of who is coming. Lodging, meals, name tags, reports, and every message read from it, so a correction made once is correct everywhere.

Registration

  • Three modes to match the meeting: a school wizard, individual sign-up with attendee types you define, or a committee-managed roster.
  • Edit links let people fix their own information later, without a login.
  • Reminders go to whoever has not responded. The form can also embed in your own website.

Lodging

  • Host families offer beds through a public form; the committee assigns guests against real capacity.
  • Both sides get a text and email with names and addresses.
  • Youth classes get period-by-period placement with a printable assignments chart.

Meals

  • Each meal planned its own way: host homes, potluck volunteers, committee-cooked, or catered.
  • Headcounts and dietary needs pull from registration onto a kitchen sheet.
  • Volunteers claim dishes from their phones through a share link.

The meeting itself

  • Name tags printed on Avery sheets with layouts you design per attendee type.
  • Roster and completion reports, plus CSV export of everything.
  • Your own web pages for the agenda, maps, and resources, at your own address.

Communication & payments

  • Email and text from the system: confirmations, reminders, and lodging notices, with templates you can reword to sound like you.
  • Conference fees online through Stripe, settled directly to your organization's account, or collect checks on arrival.

Getting started

We set you up

Email us and we create your site at your own address, yourname.cordialconference.com. Your data is yours alone.

You add your people

Committee members get an email link and set their own password. Volunteers never need accounts at all.

Share the links

Registration, lodging, and meal sign-ups each get one link you can send by email, text, or the group chat.

Priced by the meeting, free in between

Congregation tools cost nothing, ever: potlucks, meal trains, and revival itineraries are free without ads or limits.

Hosting a meeting is a paid upgrade sized to the event, and it includes the registration, lodging, meals, name tags, and messaging that meeting needs. Email us for current pricing for your meeting.

Built where the meetings are

Cordial started inside a real school meeting: registrations in one tool, lodging in a spreadsheet, meals on paper, and a committee gluing it together by phone. It grew by replacing each of those, one working piece at a time.

That is still how it grows. Congregations use the free tools every week, hosts turn on what their meeting needs, and what gets built next comes from the committees actually using it.
