Printing name tags
- Open Print, then Name Tags. Pick your Avery format; the common label and badge sheets (5395, 5384, 5151, and others) are all supported.
- Choose who gets a tag. The attendee list has select-all and per-person checkboxes, so a reprint for three late registrations does not waste a full sheet run.
- Preview, then print. The Preview button opens the sheet in a new tab; when it looks right, generate the PDF. Printing alignment borders on a plain-paper test first makes lining up the real sheets painless, and the printing instructions at the bottom of the page walk through it.
Designing the layout once
The Name Tag Layout Editor (also under Print) holds a layout per audience: attendees, board members and guests, spouses, and teachers. Each line of the tag picks a field with optional text before and after it, with a live preview as you work, so "Bro." prefixes or a school name under the person's name are set up once and printed forever.
Reports
Everything printable lives under the Print menu and opens in a new tab, ready for the printer:
- School Roster and a compact version, for the check-in table.
- Lodging Host Directory, host map, full assignments, and unassigned guests.
- Kitchen dietary requirements, the cooks' one-pager.
- Attendance by role, and for youth classes the period-by-period Lodging Assignments chart.
- Conference Completion Report: the full record of the meeting, from registration counts through financial reconciliation, worth printing for the file when the meeting closes.
Getting data out
Schools, board members, teachers, and attendees export to CSV from their own management screens and open directly in Excel, for mailing lists, treasurer work, or anything the reports do not cover. Your data is never locked in.
